    Tab Filters

    In this tab, there are 3 types of filters for Users to apply based on their reporting needs.

    Filters Description
    Date This date range picker will allow Users to select a range of dates to be applied to report components.
    Sources This filter will allow Users to select one or multiple sources to be applied to report components.
    Sources : Incoming Message, Developer API, Contact Import, User, Echo Message
    Users This filter will allow Users to select one or multiple Users to be applied to report components.
  • Report Components

    Tip: Note that reports will only show up to 10,000 contacts. If your business typically interacts with more contacts than this, consider using Data Export for reporting.

    Metric #1: Contacts Added

    The number of Contacts added within the selected time period based on the time the Contact was added.

    Metric #2: Contacts Deleted

    The number of Contacts deleted within the selected time period based on the time the Contact was deleted.

    Chart: Contacts Added vs Deleted

    These charts show the number of Contacts added and deleted within the selected time period based on the dates they were added or deleted.

    Contacts Added by Source

    This stacked bar chart shows the number of Contacts added broken down by source, or how the Contacts were added, at the time they were added.

    There are five different ways to add a contact :

    Filters Description
    User The Contact was added by a User via the Add Contact dialog in Contacts Module or the Messages Module.
    Contact Import The Contact was added via Contact Import in Contacts Module.
    Developer API The Contact was added via Contact API.
    Incoming Message The Contact was added when he/she sent an incoming message to the platform.
    Echo Message The Contact was added when his/her conversation was imported from the supported messaging Channel (Facebook).

    Contact Added/Deleted Log

    The table lists the Contact addition and deletion activities within the Workspace.

    If a User has been deleted from the Workspace, their username will be replaced by their user ID. Export all user IDs from User Settings before removing Users for accurate record-keeping.

    Table Headers Description
    Activity Time The date and time when the activity was performed
    Contact ID The ID of the Contact whom the activity was performed on
    Contact Name The name of the Contact of whom the activity was performed on
    Activity The activity that was performed on the associated Contact
    Source The source of how the activity was performed
    User The User who performed the activity (if applicable)
